Zacharias Koulias is the Managing Director of Zacharias Koulias Law Office. He completed his LLB at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1976 and was called to the Cyprus Bar in 1984. That was the time he established Zacharias Koulias Law Office and he is since proud of more than 30 years of legal experience.
His vast experience allows him to provide quick and efficient advice on all areas of law and he specializes in Commercial Law, Personal Injury and Accident claims, Family Law, Real Estate and Property Law, Banking Law, Criminal Law and Employment Law.
Mr. Koulias has also been thoroughly involved in the Cyprus’ political environment. He is a Member of the Parliament for 18 years now (1999 – present). During his service he has chaired the Committee on Development Plans and Public Expenditure Control, he was vice-chairman of the Committee on Financial and Budgetary Affairs and he participated in the Committee of Defence Affairs, the Committee on Institutions, Merit and the Commissioner of Administration (Ombudsman) and the Committee on Refugees-Enclaved-Missing-Adversely Affected Persons. He is fluent in Greek and English.

Christoforos Koulias has joined the firm in 2016 and was called to the Cyprus Bar in 2017. He completed his LLB at City, University of London (The City Law School).
He specializes in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Immigration Law, Family Law and Personal Injury and Accident Claims. He is fluent in Greek and English.
